so we actually got these lights in july at cape may. and we put them up shortly after. so these are old pictures - what else is new... and you can give chris props for the idea of putting them on the walls like that. i just used the staple gun where he pointed. and we still have some white ones which we haven't decided where they should go.
also, the red ones are actually red - but they look magenta in pictures. i would have had to go to photo school to know how to make them look red.

I think these lights are really attractive. We have an open wall over the TV in our living room that we have been trying to figure out how to decorate. Do you happen to have any idea who made those lights? (I know you posted this a couple years ago... so the chance is slim. But it is worth asking all the same.)

we got them at a store in Cape May, NJ - can't remember the name of it but i did some googling ("lighted branches" or "cherry blossom lights") and these seem to be the same lights:

ours are the plug in kind. we got 4 red and 3 orange for the living room. and 3 green and 5 white for the bedroom. we still have some white pussy willow ones that we haven't found a place for yet...
